Our successful client is looking for an experienced executive administrative assistant to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years experience and would work from home four days a week and travel into the office in Mississauga one day a week. Responsibilities include proofreading reports before sent to clients, prepare workflow diagrams using Visio, coordinate and develop a relationship with our website development company, coordinate and manage special events, accounts payable and prepare annual year to date sales spreadsheet, coordinate travel arrangements, and coordinate and manage relationships with organizations related to the company. Other responsibilities also include managing educational event evaluation forms, develop and maintain all e-mail and mailing databases, assist in developing marketing materials, maintenance of the filing system and assist the president in other general reports as required. You must be extremely organized, self-starter and creative. You must have advanced abilities in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio,Outlook and Project. This position requires the individual to act as a contractor (self-employed) and bill per hour with a gauranteed billing of 32 hours per week even if you work less. You must be equipped with a computer with a CD burner, Microsoft Office, fax, high speed internet, paper shredder and a file cabinet. Hourly rate range- $21/hr-$25/hr.

Job Description


As the Executive Assistant, you will provide professional, confidential administrative support to several members of the Executive Management Group. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the Senior Executive’s office, preparation of correspondence and presentations, coordinating and scheduling meetings and calendars, coordinating and scheduling travel, taking minutes at Executive and Management meetings.
