Steel rat: net problem. V Rhino's sauny i basejna tochno net, i v Monster Gym kazhetsya tozhe, no luchshe podzvoni - uznaj. Voobshe-to, gym 24/7 s saunoj i basejnom tyazhelo najti, potomu-shto ih target market - serjeznije kul'turisty, kotorije za saunoj i basejnom v gyme ne propadajut. Im glavnoje - shtob free weights bilo pobolshe, i kachatsya mozhna bilo kogda ugodno...

nu ya ne ser'yozniy kachok.. :) i poetomu mne vajni sauna i bassein.. :) prosto ya jivu noch'yu, a vse fitness clubs rabotayut do 11pm.. :(

Ti znaech'... ya bol'che po-mygchinam spezaliziryus' :-)
No v obchem esli govorit' to vse svoditsa k prostim rezeptam opisanim v lubom gyrnale:
1. Navernoe glavnoe eto kontrolirovat' svoi progress, a eto znachit kagdyu nedelu vesti dnevnik. (kak eto ne smechno:-). Pervie dve nedeli-mesaz trenirovok ne ogidat' ni kakogo resyltata, krome xorochego samochyvstvia :-) Eto ochen' vagno, potomy kak ludi vidat chto progress ochen' medlen, brosayt vse k chetrovoi materi i nachinayt est' eche bol'che.

2. Sovmechat' aerobiky (syda vxodit xod'ba, beg, plavanie i tomy podobnoe) s rabotoi s tagestami. Ya voobche protivnik ix videt' v genskix rykax. Aerobika dolgna bit' ot 30-40 minut kak minimum i cherez den' (xota-bi 3 raza v nedelu) do etogo obazatel'ni rastagki i posle toge (kak minimum 10 minut do i posle)

3. kak eto i ne priskorbno - kontrolirovat' chto ti ech'... Nachnite zavtrakat' (ya em tvorog s free-fat yogyrt kagdoe ytro i stal seba chyvstvovat' prosto obaldeno), a do etogo ni kogda ne zavtrakal. Ygin vse sovetyyt propyskat' - bred ! Esli ti treniryech'sa ne menee 3-4 raz v nedelu - NE OTKAZIVAI SEBE NI V CHEM !!! Eto smaia bol'chaa problema s kotoroi ludi stalkivaytsa. Oni sadatsa na dikie dieti i zanimaytsa v zale odnovremeno - proxodit mesaz i nastypaet... depressia. Eto yge dokazanie istini !!!
4. Samoe glavnoe ponat' - vse yxodit "prigkami". A eto znachit chto mesaz moget ne bit' ni kakogo progressa i vdryg... o chydo 5 pounds kak ne bivalo. Da eto ne chydo, prosto vache telo adoptirovalos' k opredelenomy level fizicheskoi nagryzki i eti pounds stali lichnimi :-) Eto tagelo ob'asnit' bez formul i vikladok... :-)
5.Men'che pit' piva - Ne bochky a stakanchik. Eto dla mygikov...
6. Raz v dva messaza davat' otdix nedelu - eto spaset ot depressii, prosto gylat' , kata'sa na velosipede - no ni kakix tagestei !!!

Kotische, voobsceh to vo mnogih gym-ah est' i (fitness)-bar i uj tem bolee jakuzi.. :) no eto dlya menya ne principial'no..

Narod ! Chego vi naezgaite !!! Ny ischet sebe chelovek dryga dla zanatii, pochemy net ? Chto zdes' ploxogo ??? Ni chego ne ponimay... Ya bi i sam s ydovol'stviem nachel kogo-to, vdvoem veselee... da i kogda 160 pounds na golovy padaut bez straxovke v poslednix rivkax - ox yg eto ne priatno... Vot i prixoditsa chtobi cherepychky sebe ne prolomit' na trenagere sidet'. Vokryg-to otvlekat' ni kogo ne xochetsa...
